Responsibilities
* Perform front of house duties including answering calls and booking in members on the computerised till systems.
* Ensure access control in reception areas and handle customer queries to keep reception running smoothly.
* Be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, delivering informative facility tours and assisting with needs analysis.
* Assist with setting up members on the membership database, completing sales and processing payments.
* Support the team in delivering a high standard of customer service and a proactive approach to creating active and healthy communities.
* Address member concerns and help guide them toward successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong customer service focus with a proactive attitude.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse customer base.
* Experience with sales processing and basic database or till systems is advantageous.
* Ability to conduct facility tours and assist with needs analysis.
