Providing secretarial support to Directors and the Management Team Managing HR admin, including contracts, handbooks, and personnel records Liaising with recruitment agencies and managing agency temps Coordinating travel, accommodation, and health screening Maintaining filing systems and generating purchase orders Supporting payroll, appraisals, and compliance documentation
As Administration Officer, your experience will include:
Proven experience in an administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and accuracy HR experience (desirable but not essential)
