Service user is an 8-year-old male who enjoys playing outside, mostly at a park. He finds joy in reciting nursery rhymes and ABCs. Service user is very hyper and suffers from severe Autism and ADHD, requiring someone who is patient and understanding. Sometimes it's difficult to decipher his needs and wants, so we need someone considerate. He is also extremely strong, so the caregiver must be capable of handling that. He enjoys climbing and being chased around.
Service User is a bright and energetic child with a world of potential. To help him thrive, we aim to encourage more social opportunities with children his age through group activities, whether via games or creative leisure. These activities can spark curiosity and foster a love for learning and discovery. He is very creative, loves colors and painting. We want him to learn appropriate times to ask for things and to develop skills for sitting calmly in restaurants or on buses without causing a scene. Additionally, he needs to learn about dangers, especially when out in the playground, as he may attempt to run towards busy roads, perceiving it as a joke. He has tried to unbuckle his seatbelt while driving; although unsuccessful so far, we worry he might succeed eventually. We want to teach him road safety and awareness of danger to keep him and others safe.
