Restructuring Advisory Executive We are searching for an experienced Restructuring Advisory Executive. Make an Impact at RSM UK Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. An exciting opportunity to work within the Restructuring Delivery Team, making a significant contribution towards the overall future development and success of the RDT. Corporate insolvency experience is essential. You will be expected to undertake tasks within RDT and contribute significantly towards its future development and success. The primary focus of the role will involve working on a national basis supporting the RDT and communicating with RSM colleagues in their local office/region. The role is not expected to involve attending marketing events, but the right candidate can continue to do this locally and support Partners with marketing and business objectives if they wish to. The nature and structure of the team mean that workflow is predictable and adaptable to a suitable work/life balance. You’ll make an impact by: Assisting and supporting the Restructuring Delivery Team Supporting the delivery of Administration and Liquidation processes with RDT standard procedures and compliance Dealing with all pre-appointment Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation matters Handling non-asset and complex investigation post-appointment insolvency matters across all Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations, Administration, and Compulsory Liquidation matters What we are looking for: We value diverse experiences and perspectives.
