Financial Services Integrated Project Manager
Clerkenwell, London (Hybrid / City-adjacent)
£40,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
The Role
leap is looking for an Integrated Project Manager to join our Financial Services team.
You’ll manage high-profile work for leading asset managers, private banks, and institutional investors delivering investor communications, fund launches, and integrated campaigns across digital, print, video, motion, and social.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where precision, organisation, and confidence working in a regulated environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end delivery of integrated multi-channel projects
* Managing timelines, budgets, workflow, and resources
* Translating complex financial briefs into clear production actions
* Running client status meetings with senior stakeholders
* Ensuring accuracy across compliance-heavy deliverables
* Supporting pitch and business development activity when needed
What we’re looking for
* Agency project management experience
* Financial Services / Asset Management experience (highly desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communicator with senior clients
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
* Experience delivering integrated campaigns
