About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our industrial finishing team. This role is critical in delivering high-quality finishes to products before dispatch, ensuring customer specifications are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply undercoats and topcoats using spray-painting techniques to a high standard
* Operate and maintain industrial spray-painting equipment (air-assisted airless spray)
* Set up and troubleshoot spray-painting equipment
* Apply recognised industry standards, e.g., NHSS6, NHSS19a
* Identify quality issues with paint such as drips, runs, and blistering
* Follow work instructions, maintain safety, and meet production targets
* Conduct quality control checks and maintain documentation
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an industrial paint shop
* Strong knowledge of spray-painting techniques and paint specifications
* Familiarity with health & safety practices in industrial painting
* Good manual dexterity and ability to handle materials safely
* Experience with quality control procedures
