We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a small, friendly team in a busy but supportive customer service environment.
This is not a large call centre. Youll be part of a close-knit team, handling customer queries, processing orders, and working with a CRM system to deliver a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling inbound customer calls and email enquiries
* Processing customer orders accurately using a CRM system
* Managing customer queries from initial contact through to resolution
* Updating CRM records and customer information with a high level of accuracy
* Learning detailed product knowledge to confidently support customers
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You
1. Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or order processing
2. Confident using a CRM system or similar customer databases
