What You'll Do
* Drive new business through outbound activity and your network of mid-market clients (up to 2,000 users)
* Build long-term client relationships based on trust and value
* Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to close
* Collaborate with pre-sales, overlay specialists, and vendors to deliver tailored IT solutions
* Position Bytes as a strategic partner in cloud transformation, AI adoption, and data-driven innovation
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in IT sales (VAR, MSP, distributor, or vendor)
* Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
* Strong understanding of solution selling and the IT channel
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Based within reach of Reading HQ – hybrid working (2 days WFH)
