A well respected first opinion veterinary practice in York is seeking a confident and dedicated Part Time Registered Veterinary Nurse to take a lead role within their fantastic team. With a rich history of providing exceptional care to pets across York and the surrounding areas, this RCVS accredited practice is known for its friendly, professional, and compassionate approach to veterinary care. The team is proud of its commitment to clinical excellence, regularly keeping up to date with the latest advances in veterinary medicine to deliver the highest possible standards.
Responsibilities
This exciting opportunity involves taking the lead in the smooth day-to-day running of surgical operations, ensuring clinical, patient, and client care is delivered to an outstanding standard. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team, or be ready to step into that next challenge, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, and support. You’ll be working part time, 20 hours per week across Thursdays and Fridays (8am–7pm), alongside a talented and supportive group of 7 VCAs, Nurses, and Student Nurses.
