A growing regional law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its Berkhamsted office. The role sits within a well-regarded private client team handling a wide range of matters for individuals and families.
Applications are welcomed from solicitors with around 6–7 years’ PQE, although those with 3–4 years’ PQE and strong pre-qualification experience in private client work will also be considered.
Duties
* Advising on wills, probate and estate administration
* Assisting clients with inheritance tax and estate planning matters
* Drafting wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney
* Managing files from instruction through to completion
* Building relationships with clients and referrers
Successful Candidate
* Qualified solicitor with experience in private client work
* Strong understanding of wills, probate and estate planning
* Ability to handle matters with a high level of client care
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Enthusiastic about developing within a private client team
