Project Manager - Pensions

Eames Consulting are working with a leading Insurer who require Project Manager to lead delivery and change initiatives across large-scale digital transformation projects in the pensions space.
This role will see this Project Manager driving client migrations onto new digital products, implementing new systems, and ensuring smooth adoption of services that impact millions of members.
They operate with a hybrid working policy (two days a week in the office)
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end project delivery (planning, governance, stakeholder engagement).
* Define and execute business change activities – comms, training, testing, rollout.
* Partner with client managers, operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions.
* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
* Drive best practice in project and change management across teams.
Skills Required:
* Experienced project/change manager with a strong pensions background (Essential!)
* Exposure to large-scale system migrations or digital product rollouts (Nice to have)
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
