Job Description
You will manage and evolve our brand, its application and governance, to ensure consistency and impact across all touchpoints, drive brand equity, customer, broker and colleague engagement, and commercial performance.This role holder will have a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, commercial acumen and brand leadership, to ensure our brand is distinctive, meaningful and differentiated in the market
3. Manage, shape and evolve the brand strategy, identity and reputation, ensuring alignment with business strategy, everything we do is delivered consistently and resonates with our target audiences, to help us build fame internally and externally
4. Lead our brand marketing planning and execution
5. Champion brand values internally, ensuring alignment across departments and fostering a brand-led culture
6. Develop, implement, and maintain brand guidelines and ensure the correct application of these across all marketing and internal channels
7. Working with senior stakeholders and third parties to bring to market our brand proposition
8. Adopting a data driven approach, leverage market research and analytics to inform brand decisions, identify opportunities, and measure performance
The Successful Applicant
9. A deep understanding of brand architecture, management, positioning and brand measurement
10. Proficiency in interpreting data and turning insights into actionable strategies
11. Strong grasp of consumer behaviour, segmentation, and market dynamics
12. A strong team player who loves collaboration, and can work independently
13. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
14. Able to problem solve, define new processes and lead projects
