Job Description
A well-regarded regional firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with strong development experience to join its busy Leeds team. You will work closely with a lead development partner on high quality work for key long standing clients.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad mix of development focused real estate work, including:
* Residential, commercial and mixed-use development
* High value development transactions
* Planning and statutory agreements
* Supporting a range of local and national clients
* Working directly with a partner on complex matters
* Helping to build and maintain client relationships

About You
You will ideally:
* Be a qualified Solicitor with around 3 to 6 years PQE
* Have direct experience in residential, commercial or mixed-use development work
* Be confident handling high value development transactions
* Have some experience with planning or statutory agreements
* Be able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
* Be committed to building a network and attending client or sector events
* Bring a proactive, personable and professional approach
