A leading engineering company in Aylesbury is looking to recruit a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join their innovative and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and build a long-term career within the mechanical engineering industry.
The Graduate Mechanical Engineer will ideally have the following:
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related subject
* Knowledge of mechanical design and engineering fundamentals
* Familiarity with 3D CAD software (such as SolidWorks or Inventor)
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
The Graduate Mechanical Engineer role will involve:
* Assisting in the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies
* Producing 3D models and detailed engineering drawings
* Supporting testing, validation and production teams
* Contributing to product development projects from concept through to completion
* Preparing technical documentation and BOMs
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
