You'll work closely with a FARLA‑qualified Head of Property Management and a supportive team who value professionalism, autonomy and doing things properly. ⭐ About the Role As the Property Manager, you'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of a contemporary apartment building in Nottingham. It's a role that blends lettings experience, resident relationships, maintenance coordination and compliance management, all within a modern, well‑structured environment. You'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for residents, ensuring the building feels safe, welcoming and well‑looked‑after. You'll support the lettings process, carry out inspections, coordinate contractors and keep everything organised through the Re‑Leased system. If you enjoy people, organisation and taking pride in a building, this is a role where you can genuinely make an impact. ️ Key Responsibilities Resident communication - handling day‑to‑day enquiries and building strong relationships Maintenance coordination - triaging issues and working with trusted contractors System management - keeping Re‑Leased updated with works, documents and reminders Lettings support - viewings, basic vetting, check‑ins and check‑outs Inspections - handovers, interim inspections and move‑outs Rent reviews - negotiating renewals and supporting tenancy management Legislation guidance - ensuring standards are met across the portfolio Compliance management - EPCs, EICRs, GSCs and habitability checks Legal notices - issuing Section 21s and Section 8s when required General support - assisting the team with ad‑hoc tasks What We're Looking For Experience in residential lettings - ideally 2 years Confidence managing multiple workstreams Understanding of lettings legislation ARLA qualification preferred but not essential (or willingness to work towards it) Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Organised and proactive approach to managing a building This role suits people from lettings, PBSA or residential property management who want a modern, resident‑focused environment.
