Islington office - 3 days per week
Customer Service Advisor required with proven call centre experience for a fast-paced contract role within a healthcare environment.
The Roles:
* Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
* Making calls directly to patients to discuss care and appointments
* Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments efficiently
* Processing and tracking patient referrals
Required Experience:
* Significant experience in a call centre environment .
* Professional, excellent telephone manner, and experience with both inbound and outbound calling
