The work will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients throughout the transaction process
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced fee earner
Proven track record in managing residential conveyancing files independently
