Job Title: Electrical Contracts Manager Location: Central London Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum package About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Contracts Manager to join our team, delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Central London. This is a key role responsible for overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee electrical packages on commercial fit-out projects Lead project planning, procurement, and delivery programmes Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations and company policies Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings Provide technical support and problem-solving throughout project lifecycle Ensure quality control and successful project handover Requirements Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager within commercial fit-out projects Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and building services Excellent project management and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with UK regulations and industry standards Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds, HNC/HND, or equivalent) SMSTS or equivalent health & safety certification (preferred) What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on high-profile Central London projects Career progression within a growing organisation Supportive and collaborative working environment
