Offer description

Reporting into the Head of Central Operations, this is a fantastic opportunity to work within the Pub Partners Division at Stonegate Group. You will work in conjunction with all required interdependencies across the group to manage the programme of central projects and changes that will affect Pub Partners. You will play a vital support role to bridge execution between strategic direction from the Head of Central Operations and effective communication with the Communications Manager.


Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery: Manage and deliver operational and strategic projects from planning to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.
2. Operational Coordination: Support the Head of Central Operations with day-to-day coordination of cross-functional initiatives, managing the PP capacity planner for smooth planning and quarterly reviews.
3. Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement process efficiencies to streamline operations and enhance performance.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between central functions, field teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment.
5. Communications Support: Collaborate with the Communications Manager to communicate operational updates, campaigns, and changes effectively.
6. Event and Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and executing operational campaigns, business rollouts, and internal events.
7. Change Management: Support change initiatives, aiding teams in adapting to new systems and processes alongside the PMO.
8. Ad Hoc Support: Provide flexible support to the team on urgent priorities, capturing learnings for future improvements, and attending regular meetings.


Qualifications and Skills:

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
* Experience in project or operations management, preferably in hospitality or retail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and project tracking tools.
* Proven experience in project management or central operations roles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable working with data and deriving insights.
* Experience collaborating across departments and managing multiple stakeholders.
