Project Support Officer - Major Capital Programme

With a diverse portfolio of over 75 schemes at various stages of development, this role offers you the opportunity to contribute to the success of each project.
As a Project Support Officer, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. With a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient execution of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality customer service and manage administrative tasks.
2. Ensure the smooth operation of projects and handle mailbox enquiries from the team, public, internal, and external stakeholders.
3. Arrange meetings, manage customer queries, and provide financial support, ensuring invoices are paid on time.
4. Utilise Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI, to streamline processes and enhance project reporting and data analysis.
Requirements:
5. High level of computer literacy.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
7. Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
8. Strong communication skills.
