Responsibilities
* Protect customer property, people, and assets by following site instructions and procedures.
* Meet or exceed service expectations to help maintain the contract.
* Continue developing skills through regular training.
* Follow company policies and UK laws; carry out tasks as outlined in the site's Assignment Instructions.
* Keep up to date with changes to instructions and suggest improvements.
* Maintain correct and valid licences (Security Guarding/Door Supervision and CCTV).
* Stick to safety standards and follow instructions; work in an organised and methodical way.
* Complete required training and take extra courses to grow professionally.
* Use technology to support your job; renew licences 16 weeks before expiry.
* Spot and report hazards; stay aware of risks or threats and act to prevent issues.
* Use good judgement, stay calm in tough situations, and write clear notes after incidents for reporting.
* Stick to your schedule, make check-in calls at assigned times, and report incidents to emergency services and the communication centre.
Requirements

* SIA Security Licence
* SC Clearance
* Driver's licence or transport
* Additional course certs
