Join us at Trent Acres School in Kings Bromley as an English Teacher and be part of our innovative trial of the 4-Day Working Week (4DWW), which could allow you to work four days a week while still earning your full salary.
Details:
* Location: Trent Acres, Kings Bromley
* Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
* Salary: Up to GBP 38,000 per annum, depending on experience
* Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

About the Role
To provide high-quality education to our students in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards set by the Regulatory Body.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, deliver, and assess lessons for individual students or small groups based on the curriculum framework.
2. Monitor, record, and report on student progress.
3. Contribute to the school's development plans and initiatives.
4. Promote the physical, educational, and moral development of students.
5. Develop and implement individual education and behavior plans.
6. Organize classroom resources and environment to foster stimulating learning experiences.
7. Ensure student safety in line with risk assessments both on and off-site.
Qualifications Required
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
