GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Primary SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing alternative provision in Poole, supporting students aged 5-11 who may present with SEMH challenges, Autism, or Learning Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEMH, Autism, or learning difficulties.

* Help manage classroom behaviour positively and consistently.
* Support the social, emotional, and educational development of students.
