We are seeking an organised and pro-active individual for our busy Clinical Negligence team.
AREAS OF WORK:
Typing, Filing, Scanning
Email & online legal packages
Preparation of Mail
Preparation and maintenance of databases
Taking and transmitting of messages between Client and Lawyer and other Employees and Lawyer
Providing information to Clients
KEY TASKS:
File documents and open new files within the criteria set down by the Quality Control Manual
Identify and retrieve documents from within an established filing system
Produce information in typewritten form
Prepare for despatch outgoing/internal mail
Produce copies from original documents using photocopies
Scanning documents
Receive and assist Clients calling into the Office
Receive and relay oral and written messages
Transmit and receive copies of documents using email
Opening files, closing files and archiving ledgers
Produce a wide variety of documents

Pay: £20,000.00-£23,020.00 per year
