Personnel Administration Support \n\nAssist with the administration of personnel mobilisation and demobilisation activities. \n\nMaintain accurate personnel records, including certification, medicals, and compliance documentation. \n\nSupport the tracking of personnel availability, leave, and offshore movements using company systems (e.g. Solab). \n\nUpdate databases and spreadsheets accurately and in a timely manner. \n\nTravel and Logistics Support \n\nAssist with booking travel and accommodation in line with company procedures. \n\nSupport the preparation of travel letters and assignment documentation. \n\nLiaise with internal teams to support personnel scheduling and changes. \n\nPayroll and Finance Administration \n\nAssist with checking and processing timesheets and expense claims. \n\nSupport payroll administration by ensuring data is accurate and submitted on time. \n\nRaise purchase orders and assist with invoice and cost validation under supervision. \n\nGeneral Administrative Duties \n\nSupport weekly operations and personnel meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. \n\nMaintain filing systems ensuring confidentiality at all times. \n\nAssist with PPE ordering, logging, and tracking for offshore personnel. \n\nRespond to general personnel queries and escalate where appropriate. \n\nLearning and Development \n\nActively participate in apprenticeship training and complete all required coursework and assessments. \n\nDevelop knowledge personnel processes, compliance, and best practice. \n\nSeek feedback and demonstrate continuous improvement in performance. \n\nHealth, Safety & Environment \n\nYou have a duty to take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your actions at work. \n\nYou will carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions, and comply with all Health, Safety & Environmental rules, policy, procedures, regulations and codes of practice. \n\nEnsure that you follow any instructions or health, safety & environmental training provided by the company and report any hazards, injuries or ill health that present a serious and imminent risk and inform your line manager about any shortcomings you identify within your health and safety arrangements.\u202F Develop strong organisational skills and attention to detail\nBuild the ability to learn quickly and follow guidance effectively\nGain practical experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems\nStrengthen written and verbal communication skills\nLearn to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion\nFoster a positive, proactive, can-do approach to work\nEnhance teamwork and collaboration skills We primarily focus on the attributes of individual applicants rather than specific credentials.\n\nGood standard of secondary education (e.g. National 4/5, GCSEs) including English and Maths.\n\nModern Apprenticeships are available to those aged 16 and over with a UK passport. The interview process includes a one-hour aptitude test assessing abilities in Information Technology, Literacy, Mechanical Reasoning, Numeracy, Principles of Measurement, and Spatial Relationships.
