Full Time (Some flexibility considered)

We're looking for someone to join that team. Someone confident, curious, and people-focused. Someone who gets excited by the idea of helping someone find that pair of glasses, the one they never want to take off.
Who we're looking for:*
* A qualified Dispensing Optician or experienced Optical Assistant
* OR… maybe you're not qualified yet, but you know you're made for this. If you've got great energy, attention to detail, and love the idea of building a career in styling and optics — we'll provide full in-store training.
* Passionate about fashion, individuality, and service
* Obsessed with getting the details right — from frame fits to lens choices
* Someone who thrives in a boutique environment with a close-knit team
* Saturday availability is essential
* Bonus points if you're comfortable with email, databases, or socials (but not a dealbreaker)
What you'll be doing:
* Dispensing optical and prescription eyewear
* Styling clients in independent, vintage, and niche collections
* Supporting lens choices, orders, adjustments and fittings
* Learning from a team with serious experience — and lots of flair
* Being part of the wider Optical Gallery brand, including events, collaborations, and content creation
