Salary: £161 - £239.89 per day

Are you a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an inspiring teacher to join a supportive and specialist SEMH school in leigh helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
The Role
As a Primary Teacher within this SEMH setting, you will:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs
Support pupils' emotional and social development alongside their academic learning
Implement behaviour and wellbeing strategies tailored to individual pupils
Work closely with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and pastoral staff to provide a nurturing and structured learning environment
Act as a positive role model and mentor for pupils, fostering trust, confidence, and resilienceThe Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a qualified Primary Teacher (QTS preferred)
Have experience teaching pupils with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or additional needs
Be patient, resilient, and adaptable, able to respond calmly to challenging situations
Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
