Senior Group Category Manager — Betway
As Senior Group Category Manager, you will lead strategic sourcing and supplier management to build a resilient supply chain, optimize processes, and deliver measurable value.
What you’ll do
* Strategic Procurement Leadership
o Lead development and execution of Category Strategy for Technology.
o Manage sourcing project/renewals pipeline.
o Conduct market analysis & supplier benchmarking for cost-saving opportunities.
o Build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
o Collaborate with finance, operations, and business units to align procurement with objectives.
* Supplier Relationship Management
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
o Lead supplier selection, onboarding, and evaluation.
o Negotiate contracts & service-level agreements.
o Monitor supplier performance through KPIs & conduct reviews.
* Compliance & Risk Management
o Ensure procurement activities adhere to policies, legal requirements.
o Implement risk management strategies.
o Maintain comprehensive documentation & audit trails.
o Support internal & external audits.
* Process Optimization & Reporting
o Identify and support improvement initiatives in sourcing processes.
o Prepare and present regular reports to the Global Head of Procurement.

* Proven ability to lead and implement procurement best practices.
* Experience with procurement metrics & performance tracking.
* Skilled in managing cross‑departmental and geographic relationships.
* Expertise in negotiating complex contracts.
Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve
* In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets.
* Previous experience in online gaming or casino industry.
* Familiarity with gambling regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
* Experience in customer retention strategies.
* CIPS, CPSM or equivalent procurement certification.
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
* Experience in multinational or group-level procurement environment.
* Ability to balance cost, quality, and risk.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data.
