Role Overview:
As an Education Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's business within the education sector. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional IT solutions tailored to the unique needs of educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the education sector.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized IT solutions, including cloud services, hardware, and software.
* Provide expert advice and support to clients, ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.7
Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management, preferably within the IT sector.
* Strong understanding of cloud solutions, hardware, and software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Self-motivated and results-driven.
