Key Responsibilities:
* Sale and purchase of farms and land (including private treaty and auction)
* Drafting deeds of easement, overage agreements, and farm tenancy advice
* Cross-departmental collaboration with private client, commercial property, and corporate teams
* Supporting business development and attending local events to foster professional relationships
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years PQE with strong property experience (essential)
* Agricultural law experience (preferred)
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Local market knowledge and relationships with land agents highly desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercially minded and team-oriented
