Bee Happy Recruitment seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager for our clients Accountancy Firm.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial management, accounting, and planning and will have experience in a Practice Accountancy setting.
Duties
Manage the overall financial management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Oversee financial accounting activities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Lead the finance team in delivering high-quality financial services to support business objectives.
Develop and implement financial planning strategies that align with organisational goals.
Supervise accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
Monitor and control costs across various departments to enhance profitability.
Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management, providing insights into performance metrics.
Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs and objectives.
Experience
Proven experience in financial management, with a strong background in financial accounting and services.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing a finance team effectively.
Solid understanding of financial planning principles and cost control methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly to stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting are preferred, along with a commitment to continuous professional development. Salary and benefits
our client is a modern and forward thinking accountancy firm and want to look after their people. Therefore, they are provide the following:
up to £45,000 base salary
25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with time in role).
