Typically, this person will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and supporting a range of Fire & Security systems across the Glasgow area, delivering a high standard of customer service while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

Duties and responsibilities of the Fire & Security Service Engineer: Deliver a professional service that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
Service and maintain Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, IP CCTV and Access Control systems.
Proactively engage with clients, resolving issues efficiently and escalating critical matters where required.
Ensure all documentation and administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain full compliance with company policies and Health & Safety legislation at all times.
Qualifications and requirements for the Fire & Security Service Engineer: Minimum three years hands-on experience with Intruder and Fire Alarms, IP CCTV and/or Access Control systems.
Full and valid UK Driving Licence.
Strong understanding of relevant Fire and Intruder Alarm standards.
CSCS/ECS/IPAF qualifications desirable.
Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel predominantly within Glasgow, with occasional travel across Scotland.
