Position: Product Line Director (UK & IOM) Location: Deeside, FlintshireJob Type: Permanent / Onsite (Frequent travel required (25%-35% of time estimated)My client, a world-wide renowned name in the Aerospace industry are expanding the business moving into 2026 and are on the hunt for a Product Line Director!Role and Responsibilities – Product Line DirectorIn this role, you will fathom the main responsibility for the companies P&L, maximizing both the revenue and EBITDA to grow the business faster than the intended market position. 80% of the PLD’s time will be spent customer facing to build strong relationships and constantly be able to renew / renegotiate key customer contracts.Other responsibilities include:Motivate and lead a cross-functional Product line team consisting of Sales, Operations, Engineering and moreEffectively lead the creation strategy of the Product Line Team to gain success in new business activities throughout companyPrepare and execute a comprehensive Annual Business Unit PlanImplement initiatives to continuously improve team responsiveness to customer/business needsExperience or Qualifications – Product Line DirectorBachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
