The Role This is an opportunity for a junior to mid-level Patent Attorney to join a leading contentious patent practice. The position will involve supporting complex patent litigation and advisory matters, particularly in the technology and telecommunications sectors. A key element of the role will be working on Standard Essential Patents and FRAND related issues, alongside broader patent strategy, valuation and licensing matters. You will be exposed to high profile disputes and strategic advisory work, with the chance to build both litigation and commercial IP expertise.
