Job Title:Armed Forces Community Coordinator
Salary:£28,000 pro-rata (08. FTE £22,400)
Contract Type: Fixed-term - 3 years
Line Manager: Community Development Manager
Role Summary:Coordinate, manage, and deliver the Foundation’s Armed Forces provision. Lead delivery in collaboration with staff and partners, providing structured weekly activities, social and employability sessions, and key engagement events throughout the year.
Objectives
* To deliver engaging programmes and events for the Armed Forces community, including veterans, service leavers and, where appropriate, forces families.
* To promote, encourage and inspire participation across all Armed Forces community projects at the Foundation.
* Promote integration and equality, diversity and inclusion through our provision.

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential
* Experience working with Armed Forces veterans or the wider Armed Forces Community.
* Knowledge and understanding of health and safety, safeguarding & risk assessments
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience planning and delivering engaging group sessions.
* Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders
Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable
* Experience in delivering sport, wellbeing or employability activities.
* Experiencein organisingand facilitating workshops, weekly sessions and large engagement events.
