The Opportunity Were looking for a Supplier Quality Control Engineer to join our Supply Chain Team. This is a pivotal role supporting the Procurement Manager and ensuring all purchased components meet Eminoxs strict quality and regulatory standards. Youll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to drive performance, reduce defects, and deliver continuous improvement across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Supplier Quality Management: Assess, qualify, and audit suppliers to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards; manage corrective actions and long-term quality improvement plans. Quality Control & Inspection: Implement robust incoming inspection processes; review PPAP documentation; ensure APQP tools are properly applied. Problem Solving & Improvement: Lead investigations using 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa methods; support cost reduction and defect prevention initiatives. Compliance & Reporting: Maintain supplier KPIs, dashboards, and reports; support audits, customer visits, and compliance reviews as the supplier quality expert. What Youll Bring Proven experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality engineering, ideally within the automotive or engineered products sector. Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive quality systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
