This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-performing B2B sales professional who wants to take the next step into leadership — starting with hands-on sales and evolving into building and leading an internal sales team. The Role This is a pivotal position where you’ll be instrumental in developing a sales function from the ground up. You’ll begin by managing and growing existing customer accounts, reactivating dormant clients, and driving new business — before stepping into team leadership, with full autonomy to shape the team, tools, and culture. You’ll be working directly with the senior leadership team and have a real voice in strategic decisions.
