We're looking for a confident and capable Operations Administrator to support both the Technical and Commercial teams. 🔧 What you'll be doing
This is a busy, hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from document control to purchase orders, meeting notes to payment tracking. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners, making sure the right information is in the right place at the right time.
🛠️ Technical (core part of the role):
Raise purchase orders and process invoices/fees
Maintain and update drawing registers
Manage third-party platforms (e.g. Premier Guarantee)
Track and obtain certifications
Support procurement and fee payments
Attend meetings, take minutes, and update action logs
Handle technical documentation and respond to internal queries📊 Commercial:
Administer tender processes and subcontractor information
Track insurances and maintain accreditation records
Manage timesheets, expenses, and payment trackers
Support invoice and payment application processes
Prepare client extras summaries and manage document filing✅ What we're looking for
Experience in construction or property administration
COINS experience is highly desirable - it'll give you a real head start
Familiarity with Bluebeam is a bonus
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Calm under pressure and confident juggling multiple tasks
