Taj Foods Ltd — The UK’s most established and trusted frozen World Foods brands — is expanding again.
As demand for World Foods continues to accelerate across the UK, we are strengthening our national field sales leadership and are now recruiting a National Sales Manager to own, manage, and grow our Midlands & North territory.
This is a full-time, field-based role for someone who understands World Foods retail and knows how to win consistently on the ground.
🔥 THE ROLE
As National Sales Manager, you will be fully accountable for territory sales growth, driving performance through execution, relationships, and leadership in-store.
You will:
✅ Manage and grow existing World Foods & ethnic retail accounts
✅ Drive frozen & World Foods category growth
✅ Expand distribution and increase in-store presence
✅ Identify, open, and convert new regional accounts
✅ Ensure Taj Foods is the preferred brand in every store you visit
✅ Monitor stock, merchandising, promotions, and competitor activity
✅ Feed live market intelligence back into the commercial team
✅ Execute brand initiatives with pace, discipline, and consistency
This is a hands-on, field-led, results-driven role — not a desk job.
🧭 TERRITORY
📍 Midlands & North (core focus)
🗓 Structured weekly territory planning
🏪 Regular face-to-face store visits are non-negotiable
You’ll work independently, with full backing from a strong commercial and operations team.
👤 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔️ Proven FMCG field sales experience
✔️ World Foods / Frozen / Ethnic retail experience strongly preferred
✔️ Strong understanding of the ethnic retail landscape
✔️ Confident managing large territories independently
✔️ Excellent relationship-builder with commercial edge
✔️ Highly organised, self-motivated, and disciplined
✔️ Full UK driving licence essential
