We are seeking an exceptional Law Firm CEO / Managing Partner candidate to lead the platform from inception, driving strategic growth, acquisition integration, client development, and firm culture. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded legal leader to create significant equity value while shaping a market-leading professional services business.

* Strong background in Corporate, Employment, or Real Estate law.

* Credibility to engage with investors, acquisition targets, clients.
* Candidate Ideal location? (London, Cardiff, Bristol, Brighton).
As CEO / Managing Partner, you will have responsibility for:
* Defining and executing the firm's growth strategy.
* Leading acquisition activity and post-deal integration.
* Building a high-performance culture and leadership team.
* Developing client relationships and revenue streams.
* Creating long-term value for shareholders, employees, and clients.
