The Role:
The Payroll Administrator will work closely with the payroll manager and wider team to ensure the smooth processing and running of the payroll function. The key components of the role include:
* Processing UK and Overseas payrolls
* Manage payroll adjustments, overtimes, shift allowances and statutory deductions (e.g. PAYE, NI, student loan, pensions)
* Ensure compliance with payroll legislation UK and overseas
* Submit statutory filings such as RTI submissions and liaise with third party providers
* First point of contact for payroll-related queries from UK employees

Candidate Profile:
* Payroll experience either inhouse or bureau
* Strong interpersonal, organisational, and technical skills
* Driven, ambitious and seeking their next challenge
* Proficient Microsoft Office
