Office Manager

A successful Primary School in Blackpool is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to lead its administrative function on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to play a key role in the smooth and effective running of a busy school office. The successful candidate will oversee administrative operations, support senior leaders and ensure that systems and procedures are delivered to the highest possible standard.

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the school, overseeing office staff and ensuring that administrative processes operate efficiently. You will act as a key point of contact for parents, staff, governors and external agencies while supporting the wider leadership team.

Responsibilities will include managing pupil records, coordinating admissions administration, overseeing communication systems, supporting HR and recruitment processes, organising meetings and events and ensuring compliance with school procedures and policies.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities within a busy school environment. You will be expected to lead by example, support colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school community.
