Job Title: Account / Project Manager
A market-leading global business is seeking an Account / Project Manager to join their existing team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the print industry and experience managing key client accounts. Personal attributes should include tenacity, exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and confident communication.
The Role:
1. Manage global client accounts and develop lasting business relationships.
2. Oversee new projects from inception to completion, including artwork creation.
3. Coordinate closely with other departments such as design, sales, and finance.
4. Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
5. Maintain detailed records of pricing, reporting, and administrative tasks.
The Candidate:
* Proven experience in key client account and project management.
* Knowledge of the print/packaging industry preferred.
* Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and take initiative.
* Confidence in liaising with other departments regarding deadlines.
* Advanced IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
Benefits:
