A long standing client, a successful Top 100 UK law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join its busy Commercial Property team in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to progress their career in a supportive team, working on high-quality, varied property transactions across Surrey and the South East. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, working closely with partners and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and licenses
* Advising on property due diligence for acquisitions and corporate transactions
* Supporting clients on landlord and tenant issues
* Managing your own caseload while working collaboratively with the team
We are looking for someone who:
* Has 2+ years' PQE in commercial property law or similar
* Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Enjoys working directly with clients and building strong relationships
* Is proactive, commercially minded and able to manage a varied caseload
