LetsGoCover specialise in providing protection products to members of the public across the UK. We work with market leading providers and are a specialist in non-advised life insurance.
As a Protection Consultant at LetsGoCover you will:
* Work on a non-advised basis
* Contact multiple leads per day (generated from potential customers who have expressed a specific interest in life assurance products on-line)
* Overcome customer concerns
* Perform fact finds with clients to confirm their needs
* Search through our market leading providers to find a policy to match the client’s needs
* Sell key benefits of our products and services
* Arrange life insurance policies in line with our sales process
* Learn and retain product knowledge
* Adhere to FCA guidelines
Requirements:
* Proven track record in working to targets in telesales (essential)
* Ability to overcome common objections (essential)
* Experience in a financial company working within FCA guidelines (beneficial)
* Excellent verbal communication
* Ambition to thrive in a sales environment
* Team player focused on the success of the business as a whole
* Professional and positive manner
* Enthusiasm to invest time in upskilling and professional development through CPD and qualifications such as CII
* Knowledge around treating customers fairly and willingness to support positive customer outcomes in line with FCA guidelines

* Clean credit history (any past issues must have been resolved)
* Clean employment references for last 3 years
* Ideally a clean criminal record (Any historic items will be considered on a case by case basis)
* All successful Sales Consultant applicants will have a DBS/CRB check done prior to starting
