Senior Business Director - Logistics, Supply Chain & Operations
Loom Talent is recruiting a General Manager - Airside Operations for a client based in Bristol.
Our client is a global leader in Facilities and Logistics within the Airport sector. This is a permanent position leading 2 key contracts and offers excellent scope for further progression within the business.
In the role of General Manager - Airside Operations, you will provide leadership and performance management across the operation. You will drive a culture of performance excellence whilst maintaining a great relationship with the customer and engaging multiple departments including Facilities, Transport, Planning, HR & Customer Service. You will ensure that the operation achieves business objectives in the following key areas:
1. Operational leadership
2. Employee engagement
3. Processes & Procedures
4. People Management
5. Health & Safety
6. Reporting
We are looking to speak with candidates that meet the following criteria:
* Previous experience working within Logistics, Facilities Management, or a similar operational environment - Essential
* Experience within Aviation and an understanding of Airside operations - Essential
* The ability to lead and drive performance in a heavily KPI-driven environment - Essential
* Experience with cost and budget control - Essential
* Within commuting distance of Bristol - Essential
* Must pass a DBS check and be able to provide 5 years of reference information - Essential
