Key responsibilities
6. Communicate daily production schedules to ensure efficiency and address capacity challenges
7. Align materials and packaging supply schedules to prevent shortages, quickly escalating supply issues when necessary
8. Collaborate with production teams on schedule adjustments, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full
9. Monitor and report on production progress, sales data, and potential risks, working to minimise waste and optimise resources
10. Identify and address recurring supply issues, process improvements, and cost-saving opportunities
11. Investigate production challenges to support effective customer communications and drive growth
12. Provide regular updates to line managers on potential opportunities or risks impacting the business
Requirements
13. Experience in high volume production planning and raw materials in FMCG
14. Knowledge of production processes, ideally in fresh/chill operations.
15. Highly motivated and results-oriented
16. Proficiency in MRP systems
17. Mathematical skills with the ability to evaluate and analyse data
18. Knowledge of supply chain and distribution management
19. Flexible working approach
