Group Audit Data Analytics Manager

We are delighted to be supporting a leading FTSE-listed industrial group in the search for a Data Analytics Audit Manager to sit at the heart of its group wide GRC transformation - a role that is as much about shaping the future of assurance as it is about running it.
This is a high autonomy, strategically critical position that goes well beyond traditional internal audit - you will own the tools, data, and thinking that connects Internal Audit, Internal Controls, and Risk into a single ecosystem, and giving senior executives and audit leadership clear, forward-looking visibility of risk and compliance maturity powered by modern technology and AI.
Responsibilities:
* Own the strategic roadmap and governance of the Group's GRC platform
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Group-wide GRC system implementation, from design through to go-live etc
* Build and maintain an integrated assurance data model, ensuring consistent quality and actionable insight at Audit Committee level
* Develop AI enabled capabilities including automated testing, predictive analytics, and intelligent issue categorisation
* Identify systemic control weaknesses and thematic risks, translating findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership
Skills & Experience:
* Hands on experience implementing or owning data analytics platforms
* Strong grounding in internal audit, internal controls, or risk management frameworks
* Proven ability to build dashboards, data models, and insight tools for senior audiences
* Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics in an assurance or risk context
