* Full time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
* £24,000 - £26,000 per annum DOE

What you'll be doing
Customer support & service
* Act as the first point of contact for customer support queries
* Handle billing queries, service changes, faults and complaints
* Deliver professional, responsive B2B customer service
Problem-solving & coordination
* Provide first-line technical support and resolve common issues
* Liaise with internal teams and third-party suppliers
* Take ownership of issues through to resolution
