Junior Sales Advisor - North America Role Overview: This role is the front door to August. As Junior Sales Advisor for North America, you will be the first human interaction many prospective homeowners have with the August brand. Your role is not simply to “qualify leads”, but to set the tone, build trust, and represent August with confidence, warmth and discretion from the very first conversation. You will engage high-net-worth individuals who are exploring a long-term lifestyle decision, not a transactional purchase. This requires sound judgement, strong communication skills, and the ability to listen carefully, respond thoughtfully, and guide conversations with credibility. Working closely with our Senior Advisory team, you will own the early stages of the sales journey for North American prospects, nurturing relationships, qualifying alignment, and ensuring that every handover into the senior team is thoughtful, informed, and well-prepared. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how premium advisory sales works in practice: balancing commercial outcomes with brand stewardship, pace with polish, and structure with human connection. About Us: August is a full-service, real-estate development company, based in London, United Kingdom, and specialising in luxury holiday home collections across Europe. August projects are all distinct from one another and proudly rooted in a strong European heritage which pays tribute to the architectural styles, natural environment and tradition in each of our local markets. Our private collections have a high level of service and an appealing lifestyle and culture that is focused on family. The company was founded in 2018 and has since grown to be the premier lifestyle holiday home platform. Responsibilities: Be the first human touchpoint for August, representing the brand with confidence, warmth, discretion, and credibility in every interaction with high-net-worth prospects. Engage and qualify prospective homeowners through thoughtful, well-timed outreach, working 11am-8pm 3 days a week to cater for the North American market specifically, identifying alignment with the August lifestyle, usage patterns, and long-term intent. Lead early-stage conversations with authority and empathy, answering questions clearly while knowing when to escalate, pause, or defer to Senior Advisors. Curate high-quality meetings for the Senior Advisory team, ensuring prospects are well-prepared, well-qualified, and aligned before handover, hitting weekly targets of calls attended. Balance responsiveness with discretion, managing follow-ups in a way that feels personal and premium rather than sales-driven or automated. Operate with exceptional attention to detail in HubSpot, maintaining accurate records that allow the wider team to deliver a seamless, joined-up experience. Maintain a deep working understanding of August’s collections, structure, and proposition, continuously improving product knowledge to speak with confidence and clarity. Collaborate closely with Senior Advisors, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring consistency in messaging, positioning, and homeowner expectations. Support the wider sales team to help organize sales tools and content library, ensuring fully up-to-date at all times and always organized.
